Structure analysis

Reinforced composite wooden flooring consists of four layers, i.e. abrasion resistance layer, decorative layer, basic material and bottom layers.

The bottom layer also called as dampproof layer adopts polyester materials to prevent damp and water from ground and to protect flooring as well as to balance above layers. Furen flooring adopts specific melamine dipping balancing paper for higher stability of flooring size and effectively avoiding water from ground.

Basic material layer is used as main part to reinforce the composite wooden flooring. Most of reinforced wooden floorings adopt density board as basic material because the density board owns many advantages log missing such as even grain and dense structure etc. The weight of density board is measured mainly by its density.

Decorative layer also called as flower layer is located above the basic material layer, which adopts special paper for processing. It is a durable paper for surface with good appearance and steady chemical character as for heating reaction of melamine solution.

Abrasion-resist layer is a kind of abrasion-resist dope evenly pressed onto the surface of reinforced floorings with marvelous abrasion-resist capability. The abrasion-resist modulus has not direct ratio to the abrasion-resist degree, which is mainly determined by density of alumina. If the density of alumina on flooring surface is large enough, the flooring will be brittle and will reduce the flexibility, which not only influences the life span but the transparency and luster of floorings. It would be enough for abrasion-resist modulus above 6000 cycles as per general household reinforced composite wooden floorings.

Experts suggest to select convex and concave grooves for reinforced composite wooden floorings. There are two kinds of matching methods: Flat & Mesh types. At present the latter leads to the markets with two sides cut and grinded to convex and concave types, which should be in mesh during installation. It is beneficial for easy installation and prevents floorings from deformation. Furen floorings Flattop Series adopt new design of rilievo surface, which could completely conquer faults as begrime for former rilievo surface. The unique roundlet groove is more convenient for cleaning. The installation of mesh floorings is not simple. The mastery will influence the life span of the floorings.

Above all, it should look into the floorings carefully. The longer grooves are, the firmer meshing will always be. Secondly, check if matching is tight. Some grooves are not tight enough and very loose for easy installation while the operator always uses glue for seams on floorings as much as possible. But the bulge and shrinkage process will cause the floorings crack and unglued even more quickly so as to shorten the life span. The correct installation method is to smear glue only onto the convex grooves. Therefore the quality of floorings and tight matching between convex and concave grooves are very important for installation of floorings.
