A The usage of flooring
　1. Prohibit frequent using of flooring within 24 hours after installation. Place furniture after 48 hours or else the flooring might be damaged.
　2. Keep the flooring dry and clean, avoiding contact with adequate water.
　3. Place a pad at the front of door to protect flooring from water, dirt or other waste by entering of guests. Place a carpet where frequent friction occurs such as the front of sofa.
　4. Prohibit mechanical striking to flooring or scratch the surface by knife or so.
　5. Place a specific cushion under legs of furniture or heavy to prohibit drag upon flooring. Lift up, then move and gently place the furniture. As per super weight furniture loading above 150 kgs per square meter averagely, the direction should be perpendicular to the length of flooring.
　6. To extend the life span of flooring especially wooden composite flooring, the indoor humidity should remain within 50% to 70%. It is suggested to use air humidifier during the winter.
　7. It is suggested to install door fixture on the wall. Prohibit installing it directly to concrete ground through flooring.
　8. The customers who use ground heating should slowly raise the temperature during first three days of usage every year. Water temperature is 18°C at the first day, 25°C at the second day, 30°C at the third day and 45°C as normal from the fourth day on. Prohibit the temperature of flooring above 30°C.
The customers who use electrical ground heating should slowly raise the temperature during the beginning of usage every year. Raise the temperature by 5°C every day and prohibit the temperature of wooden flooring above 28°C.


B The maintenance of flooring
　1. Use wet cloth or mop for general cleaning
　2. Prohibit using steamed mop for cleaning
　3. Prohibit using harmful chemical for cleaning. Use diluted acetone for cleaning of serious dirt on flooring.
　4. Use color repairing paste for recovery of serious scrape or damage. Oudelon retailer has repairing pastes in various colors for different kinds of reinforced composite floorings.
　5. Prohibit polishing flooring by polishing machine and strictly prohibit waxing the surface of flooring or else it will reduce the luster of floorings.
